How to Make Terang Bulan Mini

How to make the terang bulan mini was not so difficult and can be practiced alone at home. Terang bulan is one snack that is a favorite of many people.     • 200 grams of flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons margarine
    • 1 tbsp yeast powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • chocolate meses (toping)

         How to make:
      1. Pour 1 tablespoon of yeast powder and 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar then add 50 ml of water stir well and set aside
      2. Add 200 grams of flour and 3 tablespoons of sugar, then add 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder stir until mixed
      3. After mixing evenly, add the yeast powder that has been mixed with water and sugar, make sure the yeast and water are foamy and fluffy
      4. Next, add the melted margarine
      5. After stirring thoroughly, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let stand for 1 hour
      6. Heat the mold pan, making sure it is really hot
      7. Add the mixture and press the center with a vegetable spoon to form a thin border, then cover and let stand until half cooked
      8. After half cooked, add sugar sprinkles to taste
      9. When the edges of the cake are brown, remove and garnish with chocolate meses topping.
