Peanut Chicken Satay
Ingredients :- 250 gr chicken breast
- 100 gr peanuts
- 200 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Ground spices :
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Spring onions
- 3 pieces of toasted hazelnut
- 10 cayenne peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 sheet of kaffir lime leaves
- to taste raw onion Sliced
- to taste Sliced cayenne pepper
The steps :
- Clean and diced chicken. Then coat with 1 tablespoon of salt and lime juice. Shut up for a minute so it sink in
- Roast the peanuts until cooked

- Use the fine spices, the same with the orange leaves
- Heat the oil to taste, stir-fry the spices

- After that, dip the 3 tablespoons peanut sauce into the skewered meat. Let stand in the refrigerator so that the spices seep for about 1 hour.
